So where did I learn to cook?

So where did I learn to cook?

My passion and knowledge for cooking has developed from my love of traveling and eating. From street food in Nanjing, restaurants in Shanghai, Tokyo, Milan and Paris food trucks in Manhattan, tapas bars in Madrid, markets in Chang Mai and Jaipur, the shores of Devon, and cafes in Notting Hill, I have been studious in soaking (or munching) up a vast resource of flavours, ingredients and recipes. I have studied cooking techniques and skills and learnt from friend’s around the world, my thanks has to go to them also for sharing their kitchen secrets whenever they cook a meal for that has had a touch of magic. As much as the great restaurants I’ve eaten from, it is this knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation that is a source of inspiration. My cooking instincts draw on these experiences, combining or fusing different aspects with my deep commitment to health and nutrition, using natural ingredients, to create delicious meals that delight your senses and serve your body.
